A MYCRS account is required for user to self-manage all certificate life cycle such as (not limited to) perform renewal of digital certificate, view status of certificate request, re-upload supporting documents (if required), perform unblocking of USB token, view payment history/invoice, make pending payment, update user profile and change or reset Roaming PIN.
